The fresh peppers for this product are farmed under special contract. Our Greek pepper pickles are especially sought after in the European fast food market.

Our Greek pepper pickles are widely used in Europe in the Turkish doner/gyro restaurants and in fast-food chains. The product is mildly hot.

We can supply Greek pepper pickles in jars or in tins. In tins, a 20 liter tin can holds net 6 kg of pepper. We use no artificial coloring in our production. The color of our pickled pepper is the natural color obtained through fermentation. The palettes used for our shipping are 75cmx118cm. A single palette holds 45 tins of 20 liters each.
